If you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Mariyam Jewels allow free returns/exchanges within 30 days from the time you receive the product.
Once the return authorization code has been generated for an item, it must be shipped back to Mariyam Jewels within 5 working days.
Mariyam Jewels are also not responsible for lost shipments when a customer chooses to return by a shipping method other than the complimentary service offered by Mariyam Jewels.
Please note that items that have been engraved, resized, or altered by a jeweler other than Mariyam Jewels are not eligible for returns, repairs, or exchanges.
In the event where the customer refuses to accept delivery of the shipped item, Mariyam Jewels reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Custom Orders cannot be returned.
Refunds (US order )
Once the returned purchase is received at Mariyam Jewels, it would be subject to our inspection for quality & verification. Once the returned item has been inspected & has met all internal checks, a refund will be initiated.
Refunds for returned items will be processed on working weekdays only, taking up to 9-10 working days from the date of receipt.
Some requests for refunds may require completion of additional paperwork to process the request and may thus take longer.
Mariyam Jewels will issue refunds for the original purchase price amount using the same means that were used to make the original payment.
Credit card refunds may take as much as a one-monthly billing cycle to appear on the credit card statement, depending on your issuer.
Mariyam Jewels are not responsible for any fees charged by the customer’s financial institution to process refunds.
If the received returns are not in an acceptable condition, then you may be charged a re-stocking fee of $75 or more (according to the item/material condition).
For your protection, Mariyam Jewels will insure all items before shipping for their full value.
Deliveries will be only made to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O box addresses.
If applicable, any/all local custom clearances, import duties, etc. will be considered as the responsibility of the customer. Mariyam Jewels request that you check with your local customs office for clarity on the same.
If a package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at +1 212 382 3333.
On the rare occasion when your package is untraceable, you must report this to Mariyam Jewels immediately.
For insurance & security reasons, Mariyam Jewels cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped.

If the amount charged exceeds your available credit limit or if your card is declined, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified. We also accept US, Canadian, UK, and Australian credit cards online but the order value charged would be in USD.
